The frogs croak in the background and you sit really comfortably. The meal was excellent. The service friendly and quick.

Beautifully situated on the edge of the Ohligser Heide heath, with ample parking, a very friendly welcome, generous portions, and delicious food. There's also a lovely west-facing beer garden, which suggests beautiful sunsets. The original 17th-century restaurant belonging to the Archdiocese of Cologne has been replaced by a newer, country-style building. I wish the owners continued success and hope it lasts a long time! Since we ordered takeout, I can't comment on the ambiance.

The staff was very friendly. The food was delicious. You could choose how spicy you wanted your food when ordering. We'll definitely be back. There's still plenty of food left for us to try.
