I just ordered a small fries (to go). The employee then scooped the fries from the bowl into a plastic container with his hands (wearing gloves). I immediately unwrapped everything after leaving the store and ate the first one. It was cold. All the others were cold too. I find that absolutely outrageous. He should have realized they were cold and given me new ones instead of old cold ones.

As soon as I left the store I unpacked everything and ate the first one. This was cold. All others too. I find it an absolute disgrace. He should have noticed that they were cold and given me new ones and not old cold ones.
