Useless staff, dirty tables and burnt pizza. Not blaming staff, but management is probably terrible. We sent this pizza back, the second wasn’t much better. A bit more passion in your job guys please !! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Used to go for coffee and breakfast quite frequently but went today and was so disappointed that we walked out. The place was empty with two staff behind the bar. We sat for over 10 minutes and was not even acknowledged never mind served. We sat at the table right in front of the bar so they definitely saw us. Even if they wanted us to order at the bar we were close enough to do so from our seats. Went to the station, busy as ever, I wonder why Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am an occasional attendee here but I won't bother again. The place was empty and normally they suggest they will bring the coffees upstairs which is where I tend to prefer. I asked for this but was declined and told it would be delivered to the counter. It's a small point but important. For me it was a fail. Today I am lunching at the Forest opposite and will tend to avoid Skogen in the future. Shame hospitality is not an easy business to be in but having attentive staff would be a start.
