Lovely fresh, hot food. Delivered 30 mins quicker than the 1hr they predicted. The chicken dopiaza, Bombay aloo, plain rice garlic cheese naan were all delicious. Came with a poppadom (I ordered the meal for one person) and 2 little tubs of a sauce chopped onion etc to go with it. Have Red Peppers several times in the past they've been. consistently good. Took well over an hour to get here so food was cold and chips soggy and horrible chucked most of it . Order was wrong. I ordered and paid for tandoori deluxe and got tandoori mix which is cheaper. Asked for extra mushrooms in the pathia and they put extra veg in. Overall disappointing View all feedback.
I frequently order from this restaurant, the customer service is top-notch and the food is delicious. There have been a few instances where my order was delayed, but I understand that Saturday nights can be busy. However, the food always arrives warm, so I can't complain about that.
I have been ordering from Red Peppers on and off for a few years now, but tonight will be the last time. The quality of the food is usually decent - sometimes good, sometimes not so much. However, waiting 2 hours for a meal is unacceptable, regardless of how tasty it may be.
Poppadoms oily, starter chicken chat bland, sauces watery, chicken baltie watery and very bland, rasted beyter ftom super market. Very disappounted.
For the quality and price you honestly can't cause it is a bargain aswel as having delicious food.
We tried Red Peppers for the first time over a year ago and were blown away by the quality of the food. However, after ordering a few times since then, our most recent experience will be our last. We were disappointed for multiple reasons - we had to wait 2 hours for our delivery despite being told it would only take 70 minutes. While we received an apology and a free bottle of coke, it didn't make up for the fact that we were hungry. The food was mediocre at best, with one of our regular orders tasting off and looking different than usual. One dish even had a strange hard piece in it. Overall, we were very disappointed and will not be ordering from them again.
