We have visited this Pizza Hut multiple times over the years. It is situated in a bustling restaurant area in Touchwood, and can be either very quiet or very busy. The service from all the staff has always been exceptional, with special recognition going to two individuals who stood out this weekend (Manager Trishan and Megan)! What Topkoppite doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
Took a chance and rushed in with 25 minutes to go before a film started. Ordered as soon as seated, server promised to ask kitchen to prioritise. 2 pizzas took 20 minutes so we had to take carry out boxes for 2 x individual stuffed crust pizzas. Rather expensive. Noted that staff stood around talking. Décor needs attention especially on sides of alcove chairs. Smuggled our pizzas into cinema and enjoyed! Oh, special... View all feedback.
We had the buffet. Food was gorgeous, absolutely loved the creamy pasta. Great price and outstanding customer service. Thank you.
The staff doesn’t care about the Clint very rude service drinks was served and take back as we had ordered pizza and was told that they can’t serve if there is just 1 meal .staff need to get proper training to take order and serve the customer in a proper manner.it was really annoying to dine with the family.staff saying that they have no license to serve alcohol in the restaurants what a shame if the restaurant not having license but still serving Alcohol .need to upgrade the app for alcohol orders
I would have given zero stars but mininum allowed is 1....... 1 too many in my opinion!!!! Service wasn't great, was told they didn't accept cash and to order through QR code which didn't work. It took a while for a member of staff to come and process our order. Restaurant was dirty, no cutlery on table. Prices were extortionate, we ordered some fries which we left as they tasted as though they had been cooked in dirty oil. Would definitely not recommend or go back there again.
It wasn't a great experience, advised that it was card payments only. Which was fine. we were then informed that we had to order via the QR code advised that if we had an issue then they would come and assist us , no issue experienced except for having no signal on both my.son and my phone ..wondered to the entrance to see if that helped but no it didn't..no offer of help from staff so walked out .. if this had been my elderly Aunt an uncle they would have had no chance of eating that day they don't even know what a QR code is... love to go back to the good old days where you had a proper menu...
We visited this restaurant for a date night. A very lovely greeting from the manageress, we were made to feel very welcome. The service was really good, the food was good. There was a very good atmosphere and nothing was a problem. I would like to say that the manageress was running a very good ship and I would live to give her a very big congratulations for making our night special.
