beautiful paninis .. very tasty ... ordered a separate side of chips for £2,50 got a half cup full .. very stingy!. would have added a side of chips to panini for £ 1.75 we did as we divided .. apparently all sides of chips are the same size independent! .. this .. waiter said it was deceptive, but offered nothing to do about it View all feedback.
What Digdap doesn't like about Paramo Lounge:
Breakfast visit. Slightly put off by worker who unlocked the door once they’d finished smoking outside. Coffee was good.as were eggs but my muffin was a bit limp and could have been toasted longer. Service was pleasant and food arrived quickly. View all feedback.
We visited the restaurant on a Thursday evening and received a very polite and friendly greeting. The service provided by the two gentlemen was excellent. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The restaurant was clean and tidy, but it was the friendly service that really made our night.
This is a charming restaurant where I only had cake and a drink. Everything was delicious, but during my visit, there were dirty dishes left on our table and I didn't see anyone cleaning the tables. The staff were working hard and were polite, but cleanliness is essential in a dining establishment. I urge the management to prioritize hygiene in this restaurant.
Disappointingly average. I eat quite regularly with my two little kids (5 and 3) at another Lounge and thought we’d eat here. I’ve always had excellent food at the Lounge we visit often and had hoped for the same excellent service and food here too. I was somewhat disappointed. My kids had what they always eat, beans on toast for the 5 year old and pizza for the 3. The beans on toast was appalling for the price. One small piece of toast and what appeared to be three spoons of beans. I was just glad I’d ordered some fries so she had those too. The portion size was awful! And as for the pizza, it was hardly cooked. There were gratings of cheese which hadn’t been melted so it was more like cheese on bread. I can imagine you’re thinking why not just complain? Well, if we hadn’t been waiting for 45 minutes I would’ve done. I was trying my hardest to keep my two little ones settled when they were hungry for 45 minutes. I wasn’t impressed. I appreciated that they were busy, but 45 minutes for uncooked pizza and three spoons of beans?! Not good. However, to balance this out I had the Aubergine flatbread which was really delicious. Perhaps the kitchen staff could approach their children’s menu with as much care and attention as their main menu. When I sent feedback after my visit I was warranted a short apology and nothing further, no suggestion of looking into my recommendations or sending my feedback to the kitchen staff. I won’t be back to this lounge.
Had Lunch with family Thursday, very busy which was good to see, excellent service food was fantastic, nice to see the regular staff obvs great place to work! This is a test venue we love it here the place we always meet!
The Egg Benedict that I ordered had raw egg whites, tough bacon, untoasted bread, and the bill came to £25, including coffees. I do not understand how such basic cooking skills were not achieved.
