Absolute amazing food. And the service we received from Polly was second to none. What an amazing ambassador for your company! I would drive the 200 miles again just to be served by her!
Three of us came for a pre booked afternoon tea. Everything was good, and exactly as the poster advertised it. Great choice of savouries finger sandwiches, coronation chicken crispbread, sausage roll and delicious quiche. Sweets included individual fruit and cream sundae, assorted mini cakes, and scone with jam and cream. There was a choice of various teas and coffees, of which we had two each. The service was excellent too, and the whole experience was very good value for money at just £19.95 per person. Would highly recommend.
Nice food, wide range of choice but most importantly great staff. Everyone I encountered was fun and friendly. I was initially served by Marie Denise who were polite, helpful and full of banter! I returned to the counter later for cakes and was served again by Denise who had everyone around me laughing and smiling with her jokes. It was very noticeable and a refreshing change from so many places where standard of service is not at this high level. Thanks also to Thomas who served our food!
Really friendly and great food. Popped in while waiting for my dog to finish at the vets. Have to say the food was good, but what was amazing was Marie in the restaurant. So friendly and helpful to everyone. Added a real sense of enjoyment to the entire restaurant
We stopped for breakfast in Notcutts restaurant and was served by Polly and Marie. Both were very friendly and chatty. The food was delicious and plentiful and well presented, very efficient, and with more smiles. Polly's coffee was the best I'd tasted in a long time. If you get there early, you get 2 for one. The restaurant was clean and roomy with a lovely outlook. It's definitely worth a visit when in Solihull.

This restaurant is fantastic. The staff is efficient, friendly, and helpful. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, with excellent service. However, I was disappointed to see brushes made from goat hair being sold in the garden store. With so many alternatives available, it is cruel to use goat hair. Please refrain from purchasing them.
We visit this café for coffee once or twice a week, and after seeing the cooked breakfast, we decided to try it. We had to wait for it to be freshly cooked, but it was worth it. It was nice to see it cooked instead of sitting out to keep warm. The produce was lovely, the staff was very friendly, and it was the cleanest garden center café we have been in. The atmosphere was lovely. The only thing I didn't like was that I think they've changed the chocolate in the Mochas. It has an aftertaste and isn't very chocolatey, but the Cappuccinos are delicious.
We arrived at the restaurant just after 3pm to order some drinks and a light snack after completing our tasks for the day. Jess greeted us warmly and took our order. Our drinks were made and served quickly by the assistant manager (apologies for not catching his name), and our teacakes arrived shortly after. The café area had a lovely atmosphere, was clean, and the staff were helpful. The food and drinks were good as well. We will definitely be coming back!
Excellent Customer Services, Brilliant Hospitality. Lovely Staff. Will be definitely going again....
