read moreGolden Bird has garnered a mixed reputation in the hearts of its patrons. Many longtime customers praise its delectable flavors and generous portions, particularly noting the exceptional red curry and the popular Jill Yuen chicken. However, others report frustrating experiences, citing issues with cold meals, incorrect orders, and unhelpful customer service. The inconsistency in food quality and knowledge of staff has led some to reconsider their loyalty. Despite its charm and a loyal following, Golden Bird finds itself at a crossroads, leaving diners to navigate between delightful culinary offerings and disappointing service encounters.
