He went above and bey... read more The service at this restaurant was fantastic, with a smiling staff. We met Gurdip, the manager, who was incredibly pleasant and welcoming. He went above and beyond to assist us, despite still being in restrictions. The conversation we had with him was friendly and made us feel very welcomed. We enjoyed a lovely coffee and a delicious, fresh cake. Gurdip showed concern for my mother, who was not feeling well, and even helped my daughter and me get assistance from the security staff in Touchwood. We will definitely be returning to this coffee lounge, as the prices are very reasonable. Can't wait to visit again soon!

There is a blonde lady who is around 55/60 years old and she is very rude. She behaves rudely all the time and it's unclear if she only acts this way towards me and my friends because we are foreigners, or if she is like this with everyone. For example, once I asked her for a cappuccino, a word that I believe is internationally known, and she made me repeat it 3 times as if she didn't understand. At that point, I decided to leave and go to Costa instead. The other staff members are all nice and friendly.

T... read more This was our first time visiting this restaurant, as our usual go-to cafes were busy. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious cakes and coffee. The staff were friendly and efficient. The only drawback was the location, situated on the main pathway to the carpark. Additionally, the layout of the café placed us near the lift. Despite these minor inconveniences, the quality of the food will definitely bring us back in the future.

I was having difficulties using my WiFi for an important Whatsapp conversation and Karan immediately noticed. He came over and turned on his mobile’s personal hotspot for me to use his internet. He left his mobile on my table until I was finished. It was so lovely that there are such kind people in the world. He really made my day! Thank you!
