Elegant place , upscale and classy. Seated with a greeted smile from The hostess. Elvira our servant we were pleased with her personal attention to each diner. It was a busy night but our food came on time. The starter were smoked octopus ceviche with coconut sauce , mahahi with ponzu reduction and sweet coco milk and beef tenderloin kabob were prepared to perfection. The salads beef tenderloin was good but it’s still better the one I tasted in Peru. The Kenzie lamb chops mouthwatering cooked medium rare and Fuego delivered it. To end our dinner dessert was a gold star. Three combination of Peruvian mochi donut, quinoa ice cream and Love the coconut mousse. So advice try the Fuego cuisine in Paradisus.
Very nice spot on the beach. Excellent service. Great food. Margs are well done. The fresh scallop pasta was a hit.
