The hotel is ok, but do not buy their MEMBERSHIPS . Sales managers are liars , they didn't explain us that we cannot cancel the membership, if we do not like it. We had very big problems at Moon Palace Jamaica, but palace elite managers just do not care. View all feedback.

The staff is truly amazing. Absolutely our favorite resort.
