Fine Thyme Cafe - Soldotna

The food is consistently outstanding, the service is always exceptional, and the owner is committed to ensuring that everyone is satisfied with their meal.

The Café offers an excellent selection of sandwiches. Our lunch orders were delicious and served quickly, which was great because we were hungry after departing from Homer earlier that morning. This is definitely a place to stop for lunch. The staff, particularly the hostesses, are very honest. I accidentally left my entire purse on the table, but they kept it safe for me. One of the hostesses, named Angel, truly lived up to her name. They tried to reach me to let me know about my purse, but unfortunately, they couldn't get a hold of me. It wasn’t until my husband and I were at Exit Glacier in Seward—far from cell service—that I realized my purse was missing. We had to drive back to find a spot with coverage so that I could call the café, which is about 90 miles away in Soldotna. Angel, who had served us during lunch, informed me that they had my purse and had made efforts to contact me before we drove too far. Incredibly, she even offered to drive to Anchorage (where I live) to return my purse to me. I was able to pick it up on Saturday morning, and what a relief that was! Thank you, Angel, and Fine Thyme Café!

Visit for the ambiance, linger for the meal. This isn’t the spot for a quick bite, but if you have the time to unwind, it’s a lovely place. The portion sizes are generous, and the menu is straightforward. I would definitely dine here again.

Adorable!!! So busy though, and I can see why. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful and the salad was wonderful.

I love the ceaser sandwich here, it's become my new favorite over Charlotte's. The people are always very polite and the food is aaaasmzing!
