absolutely HORRIBLE. i have NEVER seen such DISGUSTING customer service and mistreatment before. as someone who has worked customer service and in the food industry for years and to say that i am appalled and my blood is boiling is a grossunderstatement. never answer their phones, can?t be bothered to fix their online ordering, no one there knows how to takeaccountability either, they?re always out of at least 5 flav... The everything bagel used to be such a delicious treat. Recently, however, the quality has declined significantly; the bagels now taste more like store-bought bread. The hours are inconsistent, as the shop occasionally closes unexpectedly, and the service could definitely use some improvement.
The restaurant itself was nice enough... the service ok...I got take out here once... I ordered a bagel with lox... which I normally love... but the salmon was absolutely horrible... inedible... I haven't gone there since...
The bagels are consistently fresh and tasty! The homemade cream cheese offers a variety of options, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. Plus, the music adds the perfect vibe!
Very inconsistent with hours and communication. It’s hard to plan on making a trip there when your not sure if they are open. I called today and the voicemail was not updated. I showed up at the storefront because their Google listing said they were open, but they were not. They also had no update on their FB that explained why they were late today.
Every time we try to stop by they are closed and a paper sign taped on door. For over two weeks.
