Lofty Solana Beach has a great atmosphere and lots of tables and bar stools to hang out or meet a friend. Won't go to Starbucks but love to support the smaller coffee shops that brew up some great pour overs and speciality coffee and teas. This coffee shop also has a food menu and everyone we saw had some great looking plates. Also dog friendly, see my picture of the dog next to us waiting for some treats : View all feedback.
What Julie Miller doesn't like about Lofty Coffee Solana Beach Cafe:
Management ought to ask single visitors to save the tables for parties of 2 or more. There are plenty of places for individual visitors to sit. The past few visits over half of the tables have been occupied by just one person on their laptop, meanwhile parties of 4 are attempting to talk while sitting in a line at the bar. Doesn’t make sense. Perhaps management could hang a sign? View all feedback.
I love this Cafe near Solana Beach. It's few mins walk to the beach and the interior decor is super cozy. The staff are friendly and helpful. There's a wide variety of coffee and tea flavors and it's really good. There's plenty of seating and it's pet friendly. We will definitely come back.
Ice cream was very good, girl was friendly and attentive. Excellent customer service. I was in the customer service for nearly 40 years, she was definitely a genuine person.
A wonderful coffee, lunch spot in Solana Beach. Coffee is delicious and their avocado toast is on the money. Matcha mint with honey? Oh yeah! Definitely a spot to visit and revisit.

They don't have keto options. Mostly sugar and carbs. But the location is good. I would keep the staff and set another brand there, something like CafeNero or similar.
