Sunlit, social and stylish, this Solana Beach café pairs specialty coffee and pour-overs with a light food menu, ice cream and pastries amid ample indoor and outdoor seating. Warm, friendly staff and a neighborhood vibe make it a hub for locals and chance meetings, while dog-friendly seating and bar stools invite lingering. Coffee is solid though sometimes pricey and espresso extraction varies; pastries and service can be uneven during busy weekday mornings.

Lofty Solana Beach has a great atmosphere and lots of tables and bar stools to hang out or meet a friend. Won't go to Starbucks but love to support the smaller coffee shops that brew up some great pour overs and speciality coffee and teas. This coffee shop also has a food menu and everyone we saw had some great looking plates. Also dog friendly, see my picture of the dog next to us waiting for some treats :
The ice cream was delicious, and the young woman serving us was friendly and attentive. The customer service was excellent. Having spent nearly 40 years in the customer service industry myself, I can confidently say she was a genuinely warm person.
I love this Cafe near Solana Beach. It's few mins walk to the beach and the interior decor is super cozy. The staff are friendly and helpful. There's a wide variety of coffee and tea flavors and it's really good. There's plenty of seating and it's pet friendly. We will definitely come back.
They don't offer any keto options, with a menu mostly filled with sugar and carbs. However, the location is excellent. I would recommend keeping the staff and rebranding the place to something like Cafe Nero or a similar concept.
Not the fastest service but pleasant.
