Over all one and only issue is service which is awful no one is bother for guests Order de kar aap bethe raho agar unke bharose bethe ho to Meal finished rice k saath kiya because parathha last tak aaya hi nahi Ek chiz k liye you have to tell them 10 times then you will get your item Didn’t expect such services from a brand like crown plaza Please go somewhere else if expecting services like a 5* brand Because services inse better kisi local dhabe main mil jata hai aaj kal like old rao and others Very disappointed with cafe G and crown plaza both Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I visited G a month ago. The staff wasnt hospitable at all. The tables weren't cleared promptly. That was 11 in the morning on a weekday when there arent many people around. Every table was dirty, me and my colleague had to request them to clean and clear atleast one table. After we were seated, we weren't provided water or even the menu until we asked. Even after asking we had to wait. The coffee took an hour to come. Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

It was a friends reunion in gurgaon,we decided to visit cafeG at crowne plaza after reading the reviews on media We visited cafeG, we were warm welcomed food was amazing,we never felt that it was our first time here staff was very polite and humble Thanks guys specially nitesh nitin and mohit to go beyond the expectations See you soon for sure Cheers Service: 5
