Every single from the last few times something will be missing from my takeaway. This is routinely happening in deliveries lately, but it is especially annoying when it happens when you drove to the place yourself. Edit: One more downgrade, items are missing every time, from that specific location. It is getting tiresome. Edit 2: Unfortunately it is not possible to decrease the stars any further. It is the only KFC in the neighborhood and items continue to be absent from my takeaway *every* single time. You have to check everything, unpack all the bags, and check the sandwich types. It is super annoying as it is below the threshold for driving back 15 minutes, but spoils the meal.

It’s also the second time I see them mess up an order. Many of the staff sitting and talking.
