Their name appears to be 43 [degree symbol]; I did not see “Parallel 43” used. You have an English menu, at least with the plate names, if not the ingredients. Only some items are vegan. It is self-service: After ordering and payment, make sure that your meals appear on the glass cabinet and take your own table afterwards. Desserts are displayed in the closet, several selected vegans, cheese cakes, muffins, etc. Coffee, teas and drinks are available. There are more tables outside, street side. I had folded the rice cake over salad with avocado sauce, dipped with a good mustard sauce. A vegan muffin, black in color and hearty, not sweet.
