The place I found from the comments to see where to eat during our visit to Ertuğrul Gazi, good thing we found it. A small business on its own. The lamb chops are excellent as written in the comments, the liver is very good, the meatballs are very tasty. We came in August 2023 with 5 people. 1 liver, 2 meatballs, 2 meatballs/lamb cutlet 2 ayran 1 cola 770₺. The salad is a treat and very tasty. Normally, I don't look at the comments much. However, I was very curious about this humble place in Bilecik's Söğüt district. On the meat, it was said that there was no place for them in the district. Indeed, the lamb liver that I ate was legendary. The meatballs I ordered for my kizi were big, tasty but undercooked. We asked them to cook a little more, thanks. The salad they brought as a treat was a real salad. I mean, it was like a salad we made at home, not just for the sake of it. Their kitchens are in the middle and open. You pass through the kitchen to go to the sink to wash hands.
