Subway - Soddy-Daisy

Totally dissatisfied with the service, two of the rudest young boys taking our orders, apparently we interrupted their dinner time. Sorry to have disturbed you fellows, Soren and Reese, we won't be back.

We go to this subway often but today service was terrible. There was a guy and a girl there and very unfriendly. I had to ask for more tomatos she only put 3 on my foot long and then her cell phone rang and she stopped took her gloves off and ran in the back to answer her phone. I told the guy I was hard of hearing and he still would not speak up.. then he didnt even know how to wrap the sandwiches correctly. Very bad esperance!!

4stars because this location typically gives 3star service and my experience today was much more pleasant than all my other visits. I ordered, got my sandwiches and left. This was the first time I didn't get unnecessary attitude from a worker taking out their life's frustrations on each customer. This was the first time I didn't feel like I was BOTHERING an employee by simply walking in the door for lunch. Idk if this location did a staff overhaul and/or retraining but this was the first time I didn't feel immediately hated just for being hungry. I think it actually made my sandwich TASTE BETTER rather than just being a sad sandwich lol! If this type of service continues I'll start eating Subway on the reg again! It was literally the employee's F U attitude keeping me away for so many years.

I ate there today. Ordered the steak and cheese (provolone) the cheese was rancid and was not eatable. They, also, were out of onions.That store used to be a great place for a sandwich, not any more. Will now return to Fire House subs, were everything is fresher.

The subway restaurant was gorgeous and spotless. The staff were friendly and ready to assist. My experience left me very satisfied.
