Rafael's Italian - Feedback

What Bear likes about Rafael's Italian:
Rafael's has THE BEST BBQ wings. It's a lot of wings, too. I buy a whole tray when I go. It's about $30. But it's extremely worth it. We always call our order in and pick it up. The employees aren't very talkative when I've been in. didn't even acknowledge I walked in. I stoof there for a good 5 minutes. And the workers knew I was there. Eggplant parm came with ground beef in the marinara. It's supposed to be a vegetarian dish. I couldn't eat my food when it arrived from doordash. They don't even have a way to choose your drink in the doordash options. Totally unacceptable.
