I bought 2 paellas, it took more than 90 minutes. When they were delivered I was totally disappointed, the presentation, the flavor was not the best, the truth was it was horrible, it looked like rice with chicken. Everything is very delicious and even more so the ceviche.

With my partner we went to eat at Juan Camarón in the Ensueño Villas del Río shopping center, I ordered a paella and a salmon for me and my girlfriend, they gave us the invoice and the tracking pin to let us know that the order was ready, we sat for 40 minutes waiting and in At no point did the tracker ring and they didn't deliver the order either, I approached where the ladies looked at each other and they hadn't even prepared it and they weren't serving any more customers until I saw a couple approaching buy a ceviche and it wasn't even ready. I approached one of us for this reason and they came out with the excuse that they delivered the order to another customer and I realized that they had not served anyone else because they were talking to each other and keeping an eye on their cell phone, it seems disrespectful to me. and I have never felt so poorly cared for and even more so that I have frequented the business several times in different points, what a bad experience and I think that employees like this scare away the clientele with their attitude, I felt very upset by the attitude and lack of communication of the two employees for the order and their commitment to attend, I decided to get my money back, the truth is very bad it is Sunday, January 7, 2024 and it is 4:22 p.m. I placed the order at 3:30 p.m. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
