When we entered we were greeted immediately. I asked for a drink recommendation and an employee recommended the Lydia cocktail which was delicious!! I had the cheeseburger soup and it was phenomenal. Amazing flavors. And everything was brought out so fast. We will definitely visit again! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Best BBQ in Washington, ribs were super tender and my plastic knife sliced right through them. Just enough sauce on them too. Coleslaw had some unique spices, also got Dave’s brisket which had great complementary toppings alongside the brisket. Loved the sauces too, not your average BBQ sauce, owner definitely put some thought into every menu item. Awesome cocktail menu and great owner that opened up to us about some of his BBQ techniques.

David makes the best ribs I tried in a very very long time. I skipped the great tasting sauces he has just because I wanted to get the tasted of the succulent meat. The ribs tasted superb. had very nice pink smoking ring and there was barely any source on them because great quality meat needs very little if cooked right. Abundance of the sauce usually means a cook tries to cover his mistakes. You can always add sauce later to your taste. The brisket sandwich was also superb. I only wished we’d ordered it by weight so that I tasted just the meat to learn nuances of his style of cooking. My son and I made it a point to visit all bbq joints rated higher than 4.5 anywhere we go. We travel a lot so we tried a lot. I’m also a bbq hobbyist with 3 smokers of different types. I’m no pro but lately I’ve not tried bbq at restaurants better than mine. I’m not too high of an opinion of what I do I suspect most of the restaurant are too eager to take shortcuts sacrificing the quality. Buckshot honey is a whole another story bbq dine right! Keep it up please!

The owner was very personal and you can tell he cares about his product. The atmosphere was beautiful, the food was incredible, I highly recommend! Even the buns for my sandwich were toasted to perfection, which I didn’t think I even cared about until now. Well done Buckshot! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
