Have been sitting here for a night while he was sick and eating the Tacoglocke. After reading the reviews, I did not expect a spectacular service. My experience was far from these other reviews. They had everything I wanted and were very nice and personal with me. My order was right and we even had a laugh when I thought they said Antioxidant tea! Thank you for being sick. View all feedback.
What Kaz doesn't like about Taco Bell:
Not only lazy and slow like the Burger King across the street, but worse:They are frequently out of KEY ingredients. When you pull up, don 't feel surprised if you hear some poorly-enunciated mumbling come out of the speaker that turns out to mean we are out of tacos and burritos , or something insane like that.Since most of the combos, especially the boxes, have tacos and/or burritos, that means you 're pretty much... August 19 around 11:20amI can NOT make this up.My husband was just at the drive thruwith our baby and a group of bees were trying to get into the car. He asked the woman in the headset could he order at the window because of the bugs.She said no and then another male voice came on and said no you are going to mess up our drive thru time. We are on a timer. My husband said no worries and proceeds to order.A THIRD voice comes on and says, so is he ordering the food or not? They all proceeded to argue with each other... through the headset.I 'm on the phone with my husband the whole time.These restaurants need customer service training and common sense training... BAD!
Whoever was at the drive thru today at 10:43 pm on July. 29 is rude af! You can 't even finish ordering without her nasty attitude saying what else ! Look little girl I didn 't make you fill that application out ! I ended up drive off cause I don 't play about my food! Get better workers
Worst taco bell ever!!!!! Every experience I has been bad and they are always out of something...and will try to downgrade the item they are out of. Will not be going back and workers are very bootleg/ disrespectful as if they do not have a manager. PATHETIC !!!!!

Not that the worker seems to care at all.If they actually have things you want to eat, expect five to ten minutes per car.
