So excited about my cake pickup today. The manager Sean is such a personable guy and I just watched him worry about questions or things that brought his attention from customers and simply with great customer service. Sean was very attentive about what went on in the restaurant and quickly took care of these things without expecting someone else to do it. I love that absolutely and I definitely come back to eat. What User doesn't like about Red Lobster:
Slowest service ever. It took an hour to get a server to take our order. Then wait a long time for our food. Our fast lunch was over two hours! Unacceptable. We had to get back to work. The prices rose, but the food portions went down. The food tasted good, but everything else was bad. I felt they didn't take care of ensuring that the customer waited in time. I haven't been to Red Lobster for a long time, but they just improved because I was there last time. Fresh seafood, amazing taste and faster server than ever on Saturday. I'd say a great location for Red Lobster.
Delicious, well prepared food. Waiting staff was patient as we have built our minds and are equipped with service. Even during dinner he rushed us several times during the meal.
Our food was amazing! We had a big party and it was Father's day, so I called and they made sure they'd take us. Our waitress was also very nice. Our food lasted long (sometimes longer than others), but once it arrived, it was really good. The first order was the last one to arrive. I tried the lobster, shrimp and scallops over pasta and it was just amazing. Red lobster is not my first choice, but I'm glad we left because it was really great.
Tonight we were served by Brandon, he was PHENOMENAL! We received excellent service, he went over and over very attentive, memories our names, incredibly funny / personable. My husband and I were blown away from his amazing service. Eating was great, came out in a contemporary way, just a whole about great experience. The other servers sounded attentive and beautiful, but if you definitely ask to sit in Brandon's section, and you won't be disappointed!
There was not a long waiting period. The waiter's was very professional and helpful. He answered all our questions. So we selected two great tasting meals. First meal was salmon,broiled bay scallops , French fries and clam chowder bowl. Second meal fried flounder and house salad. The staff was great. We will return
