Unfortunately the customer service here at drive-thru has declined. It used to be such a pleasure to make Dunkin my Friday morning treat en route to work .. recently I feel the staff doesn't care as much .. 2x back to back I arrived at the window after waiting 5-7 minutes and the drive-thru staff had no idea what I ordered. Great service with nice people! Always fast and very good quality!
I went this morning to get a drink the lady at the speaker didn’t get my order correct I got to the window and made sure she heard Almond milk and she said I didn’t say that and I told her I did. She gave me a drink and I assumed she changed it but my stomach has been hurting and now I believe she didn’t switch out the milk I asked for. Never again will I go to this location.Dietary restrictions: Be careful and make sure they listen or it can be worse for the next person.
