De One Roti Shop - Snellville

. sa 4/9 2:45 o'clock. one of my commands was the Chinese chicken plate to go. When I saw that huh, I can say immediately, it wasn't fresh and was heated again. I'm very familiar with the kitchen and know when that is not freshly cooked. I told the server that this is huh old and she said they didn't reheat food. She then turned to someone else and repeated what I said. she also said the same rehearsal line, then I tasted the hunch and it tasted like I guess. it was dry and hard and stained. the bone was black. the rice was very dark without sweet. the manager came out and we all repeated what was originally said. I decided to go with the food. remember that I traveled 45 minutes to apply this facility. the manager continued to follow me outside the parking lot to ask "why we trinis so" to pull each other. 1. Every food business must know about customer service and 2. why is the manager who confused the customers outside to confront them about what happened in the restaurant. that could easily have escalated into a weapon fight. but I have a cool head and went away after I told him it's about customer service. there was only one person in the facility and his care was not that I had a complaint to the customer about eating, but was about why my complaint was before other customers.” what should have happened after my first commentary, an apology would have gone a long way and a suggestion to replace the huh or the entire meal would be the next step. if these two steps were done, I would always talk about the excellent service, but unfortunately my only memory is the manager who follows me on the parking space to further antagonize the situation. at this point I am still not confident that this does not meet other media pages. they have not only lost me as a customer, but I will not recommend them to anyone. ...

I'm from Barbados and love Roti. We drove an hour to get roti and it was amazing. We got 2 chicken without bone, 1 beef, 1 veg and 1 shrimp roti. We also got 3 doubles and 4 beef patties.Everything is awesome. The Roti was so huge and it's 2 meals for me.Only reason you gave 4 stars is they forget our beef patties. Thank goodness we remembered and went back before we got too far.Still was worth the drive. Delicious.

The food was delish! I had the vegetable roti, bbq chicken with fried rice and curry goat roti. If you want authentic trini food this is the place to go!

Chicken Roti wrapped was soooo good! Haven’t had a roti this good since Ali’s Roti Shop when I lived in Brooklyn, NY.
