What Theresa Mertz doesn't like about Chick-fil-a Snellville Hwy 78:
I ordered 2 breakfast bacon egg and cheese biscuits and they snuck a sausage egg and cheese under 1 bacon egg and cheese. Thanks for ruining my breakfast. I thought you guys were better than that. Not going to chicfila anymore. I hate how your chicken always tastes processed now. Doesn't even taste like real chicken so I only went for the breakfast but y'all ruined that too. Smh View all feedback.
It's always a bit hit or miss when it comes to the speed and quality of the food here. The burgers are on the dry side and the sauce doesn't quite make up for it. The fries are good and the staff are friendly. Overall, there are better options for your money elsewhere, but it's not terrible.
This particular Chick-fil-A location has let us down on multiple occasions. The first incident occurred during breakfast when our order was accidentally dropped by a worker. Unfortunately, because it was now 10:31 AM, they refused to replace the item as it was past their designated breakfast hours. The second incident occurred when we placed an order totaling over $50, only to have them forget over $30 of our order. Once again, it was past their breakfast hours and they claimed there was nothing they could do. It seems as though the food magically disappears once it's past a certain time, as they were seen quickly devouring all remaining breakfast items in the back. While this may be a business decision that the staff has no control over, it is still incredibly disappointing. While Chick-fil-A is usually great, if you're looking for a reliable and consistent breakfast experience, you may want to consider dining elsewhere.
I am very disappointed with the consistency of my meals at this restaurant. I have had to call twice a week to inquire about missing items from my orders. While speed is not as important as accuracy, it is much easier to find a satisfactory breakfast elsewhere.
I had a bad experience at this place. I ordered 2 spicy deluxe and 4 pieces kiste in strip. I paid $22. a young lady gave me my order while I was still in the line, and I was left, my order has not checked and went. I came home, opened the bag, there were only 2 medium-sized pommes, 4 kichern and a few sauces. the entrance was still there and it clearly shows my order. I was really disappointed, but thanks to them they gave me at least the creeps, because otherwise my daughter would have been mad.
