Captain D's Seafood Kitchen

We both got the Seafood Sampler platter and it was so good! The shrimp were tasty, the crab cakes were cooked perfect, the fish and chips had the perfect crunch, the hush puppies and sides had good flavor! Andrea was very friendly and our food was served fast and fresh. Hats off to the cooks and staff. Will definitely come back.

Wanted to give NO stars. Customer service was the worst. Tried to help them out and got attitude. The guy I think his name was Terrance. That?s what was on the receipt. Customer service SUCKED big time. I will never go back there. EVER!!!

I understand that they are short on employees but the service is great the food is always fresh when I visit. The young lady that?s an manager seems to be doing the front and back I could tell she was exhausted but she kept a smile on her face and apologized for the wait multiple times. I will differently visit again soon

This is a TERRIBLE location. Service is basically non existent! So frustrating! I don?t recommend coming here, save your time and money. Waited over 45 minutes in drive thru and left empty handed because we were just tired of waiting at the window. No one even bothered coming to the window to greet us or advise that there would be an extensive wait. Mind you it was only 1 simple plate so I?m not even sure what the wait would be for anyway. They were just on their phones. Also they locked the doors to the lobby well before 9pm and they don?t close until 11pm.

Those boys did that! He said it was just two of them working, and my food was hot, okra crispy and everything in the bag. Get it!!
