Pizza Hut - Sneads

I called and the guy said they don 't deliver at all. Like, not just to my location, but period. Found this strange and unreal, especially in a competitive market where every other pizza chain besides Little Caesars delivers. Tried to contact headquarters to verify but they never contacted me back.

I palced an online order for cheese sticks at 9:44pm only to get a call from an employee that my food couldn't be made because ovens had been turned off. If the hours say you close at 10 pm, then food should be prepared until closing time. The time posted online and on the door says nothing about shutting down ovens 15 minutes prior to closing, just because your ready to call it a day. I called Pizza Hut in Marianna to verify the oven shut down. They let me know that as long as an order is placed 15 minutes prior to closing, and it was, it should be made. Will make a corporate complaint.

They are a wonderful team that work at this establishment. They are professional, caring for the most part, and have made many of my orders accurate and tasty. They have only had one slip up and did what they could to make it up to me and did with much care and professionalism.
