My wife and I thought it was a quick lunch while I was sleeping. The place was clea, and not very crowded at 2PM on a weekday. The staff was friendly and the food was fresh and tasty View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
I have been involved in customer service for several years. I pull up to an empty drive thru, and the woman yells out, What can I get you? No professionalism, and I didn 't feel like a valued customer. I had an incident a few weeks ago at this establishment and decided to give them another try. This place is hit or miss depending on the amount of employees they have working that day. Sometimes your order comes out quick and accurate. Other times it’s dead wrong and takes forever. Definitely worth a shot because when it’s good it’s good but when it’s not it’s definitely not
I am writing this review hoping that the owner of this Wendy’s see it. I ordered through the drive thru today and notice the woman (Caucasian) taking my order was talking very strangely. Her speech was slow with long pauses in between. It sounds like she was under the influence. I confirmed this when I got to the window to pay for my food. I saw the woman standing in the kitchen nodding off while taking someone else’s order. She looked like a zombie. She’s should’ve been sent home when she showed up to work high. What are you doing to help your employees who have a problem with addiction? I hope this woman gets the help that she needs.
Worst service!! Should not have to wait 30 minutes for a burger and nuggets at those or any price. Consistent whether dining in or out, inside of Drive Thru. I've seen food delivery service waiting as well as a diner looking fur her baked potato 45 minutes into her family dining in. And what's with no heat in the DR??? Sadly, it's one of two in Dover and they're far apart. What happened to fast food???
This wendy’s is the worst in the state. i’ve waited in the drive through for 40+ minutes waiting for food. The employs are beyond rude and snappy like turtles. my sons nuggets weren’t even cooked all the way and forgetting items that i payed for. I went inside to get my order correct and they had an attitude. VERY unprofessional
