Wawa - Smyrna

Last night was inevitable and unnecessary. I was one of many very annoyed customers. The manager was very controversial and unprofessional. After experiencing three other customers who were badly treated, I put down my things and went out. If the coffee wasn't so good in Wawa, I would never return. But I'd like to drive the 1.6 miles to the other Wawa.

Chris I would not have been proud to have my face on that wall as manager Halloween night. Your associates behaved very badly. I saw the deli yelling at a woman, Ithe coffee bar was so dirty I decided not to get coffee, the parking lot looked like your location was in the inner city. Cashier's apologizing for the rest of the associates behavior. Maybe not a good night to leave your store bro. Guaranteed you lost a lot of customers

Ordered a quesadilla went and paid immediately. After 20 minutes I asked about my order and was told someone either took my order or they never received it. I watched an employee delete several orders and guarantee he deleted my order. They never called my number so no one else took it. The guy behind the counter said I could just go get a refund or if I really wanted I could reorder without repaying.

Usually doesn?t fail . Today they went above my expectations. They ran out of oat milk and almond milk so I went for a dragon berry fresher, n no dragon fruit juice? but ! They made me the best blueberry pomegranate green tea ever. With fruit chunks

Stop at wawa to get something to eat with my daughter, I order a chicken Quesadilla and when I open my box it didn?t look right. There computer doesn?t tell you if u want lettuce. But definitely not want I was expecting to get.
