Taco Bell - Smyrna

I have been to this restaurant twice and both times I was disappointed with the service. I say this because every item I ordered seemed to be missing a key ingredient. Being a vegetarian, my options are already limited so not having my meal prepared properly was frustrating. I work long hours and never bring my own lunch, so I rely on restaurants to provide me with a satisfying meal. I cannot believe that they would serve food in such a careless manner. I would suggest either improving their service or finding a new profession. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.

Katie, Michael, and Cheryl were incredible! They were extremely quick and efficient with my large order. They were so friendly and personable, which really meant a lot to me. They even took the time to double-check my order to ensure it was accurate. I will definitely be returning to this location every time. They all deserve recognition for their exceptional customer service.

I recently had the best Taco Bell meal in a long time. We tried the new Cheesy Double Spicy Beef Burrito and it was absolutely amazing! We went through the drive-thru at midnight and the service was fast. The size of the burrito was perfect. I had stopped going to Taco Bell because the burritos were always so small and skimpy, but this one was different. Keep up the good work!

I ordered the Taco Party Pack and 2 Fiesta Potatoes today. The tacos were haphazardly put together and cold, with uneven distribution of toppings. The Fiesta Potatoes, which are my favorite, were disappointing with only about 5 pieces in the container. They were covered in acidic sauce and cheese, and were cold and hard. I was hoping to feed my baby, but unfortunately, this meal is a no-go. I only live a mile away and usually the food is good and hot, but not today. I would give it five stars if I could.

The person preparing the food at this Taco Bell is doing a fantastic job. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We need more chefs like this who prioritize food quality.
