Panera Bread - Smyrna

The cleanliness is a concern. There was an unpleasant odor in the waiting area, which suggests there's an issue. The tables and tabletops also need to be cleaned properly.

I have always enjoyed Panera, but my recent experience was disappointing. I tried the new Mexican street corn chowder, which I've always found to be good when it's fresh. Unfortunately, this time was a mistake. The blue corn tortilla strips were hard and unpleasant. After eating the chowder, I'm fairly certain I have food poisoning. I am convinced it was from Panera since it was the last meal I had last night. I'm currently experiencing nausea and a headache, and I've spent a lot of time in the bathroom. I'm drinking plenty of water and eating chicken noodle soup, but I'm hesitant to eat anything else for fear of getting sick again. I won't be ordering from here again. Thanks, Panera.

The first time we eat here. broccoli cheddar soup deeeelish! great service, fresh food and yes I will recommend.

Today I ordered my favorite boroccoli suppe the nice herr on the window gave us some cookies when my children ate them, they were crazy about them.

This location can be inconsistent, but my recent visit was fantastic. Our order was correct, and the food was ready in no time. I'm really enjoying their pizzas; they've become one of my favorite menu items. The customer service was excellent this time as well. I suspect they might have new management, as the experience was significantly better than in the past.
