What User doesn't like about Nothing Bundt Cakes:
I called Smyrna Restaurant and spoke to a person who was not very customer-friendly. When a customer calls with a concern, it's important to listen and understand. I spoke with Landon who explained that there was a mix-up with some ingredients, but he addressed my issue with professionalism. It was just a simple mistake and I still love the cakes they offer. The pecan praline cake I had at this restaurant was absolutely delicious. The frosting was amazing, and I highly recommend trying it. The staff were helpful and answered all my questions, as there were so many tempting options to choose from. Everything on the menu looked appetizing. View all feedback.
