Jet's Pizza - Smyrna

First time trying Jet's Pizza! Looks great and taste excellent!

The manager called her an entitled whiny **** after my mom called to check on the pizza after waiting over an hour. We get it sometimes it gets busy had he said another 30 mins or it should be there shortly we would have been fine with it. It was when he thought he put my mom on hold and said I sick of entitled whiny bitches. This is AJ the manager and man who called her an entitled whiny ****. He at first doubled down when I asked how he 's feeling and how he wanted to handle it. He said he 's off his meds and pizza 's take along time sometimes. Once we got a refund and an apology from him he asked me if I was mixed. What difference does that make? We also went there last weekend and my friend said he was rude to her when she went in to grab the pizza we thought it was one off. When I showed her his pic she said that was the same guy who was as rude to her.

I visited this weekend and it was as good as I remember. I always order the thin crust, BBQ Chicken without bacon and it’s always good. The customer service is good. I think this is my first visit post pandemic. Prior to I ordered often for in office events and lunches.

What is not to love about detroit style pizza? rugged jersey it's always a victor, in my book and I was surprised that she delivered to our home. we have placed the order by text incentive as they get 20% from the menu pizza price! and it was super easy to do. our order was quite basic 8 discs pfefferoni idk if I would use text for something complicated, but it worked great for me during this order. order was placed, got my total $19 and then change a few minutes later got another text, the price rose $23 and change . there was no reason for the price change in the text, and I think that should have been completely. Why push customers to text when they have to call the load anyway? I guess if they are outside their delivery area, will they be delivered by default in the delivery of grubhub? that was not on the website or communicated to me, but then I got a text from grubhub on who would deliver and when. I'm not sure why my price has risen. I didn't want to ask, but it was weird. pizza came to the specified time, was hot and delish! 3 stars for bad communication via price change.

I have a bbq chicken pizza and a hamburger pizza. the Bbq chicken was decent, but the Hamburger pizza had the most Bland sauce I ever tasted.
