I love Cava?s food, and therefore they get 2 stars. This location is not managed well, AT ALL. The first time I purchased food here, I ordered online for pickup. I waited 20 minutes past my scheduled time for the food. So this second time I figuredI?d just walk in and order for quicker service. First thing I see on the door are printed signs that they?re only acceptingcards and Apple Pay. Fine, because who?s carrying cash anyways. Then, I walk in and see a sign on the register that they?re outof water? how does a restaurant run out of water?? THEN, they tell the lady in front of me they don?t have any to go tops forthe bowls. She literally placed some napkins on top to walk out smh. I guess they ran out of to go bowls too after that becauseshortly after, signs went up saying bowls were dine in only. The food counter wasn?t well maintained either. Also the employeesare teenagers so I don?t expect much but a little less complaining from some about making pitas and such would be ideal. Guessnow I?ll have to drive out of my way for Cava because today is the literal last time I?ll ever go to this location.

Arrived yesterday at 9:30pm, while their hours give that they are open until 10pm. They had their doors locked, and we?re out of a lot of stuff (word from othercustomers coming out). Came back today (because we love cava) and ordered a to go order earlier at 7:30pm. I had to wait anextra 15 mins after the provided finish time, while they were not busy, and the place was a mess. Food all Over the prep areawhile the place had maybe two other customers eating. This aligns with prior ratings. I hope management can do better.

This location is always dirty. There were at least 7 people working and no one thought that it was a good idea to clean. I can?t imagine what the kitchen looks like ????. The entire staff is rude, literally no one is friendly that works here. Cava is toonew to have this many issues at this location. I saw a worker transfer chicken from one container to a other using her hands andnot a utensil. She had gloves on but she used the same gloves to touch everything else. Eat here at your own risk
