We stopped in at Bojangles, and as out of towners we were pleasantly surprised. We'd only seen commercials and they exceeded my expectations. The chicken was tender, and extra crispy, My son loved the chicken sandwich, but the potato rounds were AMAZING. So much so, that my son ordered another order of them. What Birdman doesn't like about Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits:
Lets start with the attitude from the female who took the order said What do you want? Not may I take your order. No customer service at all.The chicken was hot but was not cooked completely. Couldn't take it back because I purchased it on the way back home to Michigan.The atmosphere was very loud and unprofessional. View all feedback.
On this day I was the only customer at the time. Ordered 2 sausage biscuits and a cup of water. After 15 mins I finally got my food. I wouldn't have been bothered except the food was cold after a 15 min wait.
Went to the drive thru, best biscuits and gravy . Very tasty.
Drive thru served food that was obviously left over from the day before. The biscuits were dried out and not fresh baked. The bacon was reheated from the day before. Nothing was freshly made. Disappointing… every thing went into the trash.
They have really good chicken and staff a very nice.
Twice we have come to this restaurant at least 2 hours before their posted hours, only to find them closed!
