Contribute FeedbackWe ordered sushi rolls and were told the wait time would be an hour, but it ended up taking almost two – completely unacceptable. When the delivery person arrived, they received the payment and handed over the order, but before I could properly take it, they just dropped the bag. The result is shown in the photo… It looked like everything had been dropped, and they handed it to me in a really awkward way before leaving, throwing a few curse words and slamming the door. They weren’t even wearing a mask, and I won't even start on the other issues. When I addressed the manager about it, they didn't seem to care and criticized the delivery person instead. Plus, the sushi that was supposed to have eel tasted more like river fish, like carp.
The order was delivered in 35 minutes by a friendly and polite courier. The tasty sets were still hot! We will definitely order again.
The worst sushi in the world. Such a waste of money. We ordered two sets, and they all tasted the same—just rice and mayonnaise. There's hardly any fish, and where there is some, it's missing. The rolls are all stuck together, impossible to separate. The ginger is completely dried out, and the wasabi doesn’t taste like wasabi at all. Our evening is ruined. It’s just a nightmare.
Everything was terrible! We really wanted sushi. In the end, the delivery person brought them after 1.5 hours, instead of the hour that we were told to expect. Plus, when handing them over, he dropped the bag of sushi without checking to see if I had it in my hands!
The delivery person dropped the order after payment, shouted a few curse words, slammed the door, and left. The manager said that the delivery person acted appropriately, and no one bothered to address our concerns.
