This review is for the recently renovated restaurant. The service is excellent, the dishes are delicious, and the renovation is beautifully done. If you are in the area of Smolyan and haven't been there lately, it's worth stopping by for lunch or dinner!
I highly recommend this hotel. The location is fantastic, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The spa facilities are top-notch and the food is excellent. If you're looking for a great place to stay near Smolyan, this hotel offers the best value for your money.
I stayed here from 5th to 6th September and averything was great the foo,room,bar staff. Then I stayed from 9th to 10th of September and Im really dissapointed. There was wedding in the Restaurant which is normal and I wish all the best to Married couple. But what I dont underestand how can management of the Hotel let the music play absolutelly loud untill 5oclock in the morning when there are other paying guest. It is absolutely telling all the other guest we do not care about you at all. My bed was like a sound bar. If i knew there will be party I coud choose to stay or not. Or I shoud get at least some kind of discount from the price. But pay full price and stay all night wake up....I can stay next time sitting in my car for free. I sad in the morning to the girl on reception that I did not sleep at all...the same my friends....and she told me I know Im sorry......I know she can do nothink.....but what the f.... Sorry but next time I have to go somewhere else. Petr from Czech
Really nice hotel in the middle of the town. Great restaurant, breakfast, spa, and service at the high level. Highly recommended
The rooms were charming, but the location was not ideal. We had to walk over a mile to reach the old town center. The streets were noisy, making it difficult to sleep with the window open. The spa center was disappointing and not worth visiting.
