They wouldn't allow my service animal inside. The manager said he would have allowed it, but the owner was very strict about the policy. It’s clear that the owner doesn’t permit service animals, and I’m not going to argue with that narrow-minded decision.
Terrible experience at KFC. The chicken was cold and old, with small pieces that resembled Cornish hens. The biscuit was rock hard, and the potatoes and gravy were completely tasteless. I ate here about six months ago and decided to give it another try, but it will probably be a long time before I return. I ordered a 4-piece dark meat meal but received 1 breast, 1 leg, 1 wing, and 1 thigh instead. I live 11 miles away or I would have sent it back. Please make sure to check your food before driving off. The tacos I ordered were just hard shells with very little meat and lettuce—hard to get wrong, yet they managed it.

LOL! It's KFC! I don't usually eat fast food, but I found myself in a situation where I had to. The food and experience were exactly what I expected. The girl at the register was extremely patient and friendly. She kindly helped me identify what I wanted even though I didn't know the right name for it. Such a sweet and polite girl!
The chicken was excellent, as expected. They did a great job. I went to the drive-thru, and the service was reasonably quick.
