I want to thank the cashiers who took time to check several gift cards. My cashiers name was Laura and there was another young lady working with her. Their patience was very appreciated.

This time, I decided to indulge and ordered two of the least healthy options: mac and cheese and grilled cheese. I had never tried Panera’s meals before and was pleasantly surprised by the rich flavors of the mac and cheese. They used a variety of cheeses, and the pasta was cooked perfectly without being overdone. However, I was a bit disappointed with the grilled cheese. The bread was too light and airy, and to my surprise, it was made with American cheese. I was expecting a more gourmet touch from Panera, especially when it comes to grilled cheese. I couldn’t finish it since American cheese isn’t really cheese in my book. Nonetheless, I still have a lot of appreciation for Panera.

I mentioned this to... read more I had a fantastic experience at this Panera. The girl at the register was incredibly warm and friendly, which made a great first impression. I mentioned this to the manager, who was also very pleasant and accommodating. I've never faced any issues related to my "bearded face" or my kids during any of our visits. The place is well-managed, and it's nice to see so many regulars greeting the staff by name and vice versa. I've never encountered that level of familiarity in Commack. It's definitely worth going out of my way for this location!
