Heritage Deli - Smithtown

$9.75 for an egg sandwich with bacon and cheese??? I've been coming to this deli under various owners for 24 years, but I will not be back.

Everything is always good, no complaints there. My only issue is the wait time. There?s usually only one person staffed who takes the orders and make them as well. If you?re 3rd online it could take up to a half an hour to get out of there. I seepeople walk out all the time. Not sure what the staffing issue is all about.

This is a fantastic deli under new management with delicious sandwiches and homemade dishes. Very impressed!

I left a very negative review of this deli several months ago. Since that review, the deli has a new owner, and because it's right around the corner, I figured I've give them a shot. I am delighted to report that the food was terrific, the price was competitive, and the service (and new owner) are super friendly. Excellent portions, clean and bright store, just the best. On top of that, probably the best cole slaw I've ever had! So happy that there's a great local deli again!!

Stopped by the other day for a breakfast sandwich, the place caught my eye right away with a Namath jersey on the wall. The owner was friendly, the sandwich was great, happy to learn they make Empanadas and he has a food truck. Thanks, a great deli is hard to find, I'll be back...
