It took me about 3 times to figure out why my sandwhich was 'soggy ' and tasted off. {i 'm allergic to jack fruit/ in a gagging sense not in a physical break out} at first I thought it was because they changed the packaged and wrapped it instead of putting it in the contained with the box. But not, I was eating in, because my son loves the wings, sorry peeps. And I really looked into it and found out why I not longer had a desire to get past half way of a sandwhich I used to want the following day. Because they got rid of the mushrooms and use jackfruit now. I tried the burger, but I personally don 't like it. But if you like chunks of beans in your burger and that 's your things totally give them your support.
Definitely a must try vegan BBQ spot! Very delicious options. My favorite was the burrito!
Went here for a quick lunch and was not disappointed. I had the Edgy Veggie Burrito and shared the Loaded Baked Potato with my son. Everything was absolutely delicious! My son, who is not vegan, loved it as well. I was only able to eat half of the burrito and a small portion of the loaded potato, as the portions were huge! The place is really small, and we got there just in time for the crowd to start coming in. We got there right before 1, sat at one of the tables, and it was fully crowded by 1:20. I will definitely come back again and try the vegan hotdog next time, as I was told it was quite popular. The only vegan sides are the Loaded Baked Potato and the Broccoli in Garlic and Oil. Please note that the fries are NOT vegan because of the way they are fried. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
My husband and I just ordered a family meal with brisket and pulled pork and a rib platter and a dozen wings and ate the F out of it. For sides we had Mac and cheese (2), beans, garlic broccoli, onion rings, and the loaded potato. You know, a light snackon the way back to the city. The staff was so friendly and the food was fantastic. I?m not tropically the biggest fan on pulledpork because it?s usually drier than I care for but theirs was so tender and juicy. The St. Louis ribs were really quite meaty.I didn?t eat the corn bread because why waste valuable stomach space, that can wait til later tonight so I can?t give anyopinions. The brisket was a little more cooked than I prefer and I gave the leaner cuts to him. I like undercooked and fattywhat can I say. The mac and cheese was yummy and zesty and I?m really glad we got 2 of them. He said the loaded potato wasincredible and the broccoli I ordered to feel better about what I was doing was so flavorful. If I?m ever back in the area Iwill def go back.
Can't say enough about this place. I found it by accident and I'm so glad I did. It's a small restaurant with a few tables located in a strip mall. Don't let that fool you. The food is top notch. I had the ribs with two side dishes consisting of mac &cheese and cornbread. I can't wait to go back. They really appreciate your patronage and it shows.
