What Lynne Green doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
So freaking SLOW!!! App will tell you 35 minutes for delivery, but will take 90 minutes. When you call and talk to the store manager, he 'll confirm that your food has been sitting on the shelf for 45 minutes and let you know it 'll be another 20 minutesat least. AND, if the food quality isn 't up to standards whenever it actually gets there, just give him a call and he 'll addressit then. Sorry for the inconvenience... View all feedback.
Placed an order an hour before they closed. After waiting 45 minutes and calling several times and waiting on hold, we went to the location. On the way there, we got a notification that our order was canceled. When speaking with employees, we were toldthey stop making orders and start cleaning an hour before they close. Employees were very dismissive and unapologetic.
We are always taken care of. The amazing management and pleasant staff have represented the Domino?s brand well. Appreciative.
The delivery was awesome but, Carson's lazy 90/10 cut on the sandwich was unprofessional.
We had a tricky order that consisted of a gluten-free crust, one that was less cheese, one that had only cheese, garlic bread and a real regular Brooklyn style. We were told 45 minutes and they were even faster than that. Everything was observed, sauces and such a nice surprise. Will definitely order again.
The staff is always friendly and eager to provide excellent service with a smile. The atmosphere is enjoyable, making it one of the best places to dine in the area.
