Barbecue Provision Company - Smithfield

Had a pulled pork sandwich and the Mac and cheese. The sandwich was quite good. The Mac and cheese was advertised as jalapeño but there were no jalapeños in it. The restaurant itself is pretty underwhelming and the floor is really slick/greasy.

Place has been going downhill for a few months now. Went today, had no food except pulled pork platter. As I was ordering someone yelled that they could now sell ribs, so I got a half rack. Ate one rib and it was disgusting, truly rubber, I mean it bounced like a tire. Tonight, I'm feeling sick, thrown up twice since eating there. I would like to go back, based on my first couple of times, but after today; I probably will never. I'll also recommend that others follow suit.

Solid BBQ option in an unsuspecting location. Great flavors and value all around, maybe a place to drop off hungry dad while the ladies get their shopping done? but then again, mom probably wants her mac n cheese fix too!
