The young man who served me was very helpful I think his name was hunter. He made my experience at arbys a good one so I would come back, and recommend this
Extremely slow service at dinner time. Very understaffed and disorganized. Waited 20 mins to pick up a DoorDash. Would not recommend coming or ordering from this location at dinner time.
The service was extremely slow, and some of the staff appeared unsure of their responsibilities. I spent over 20 minutes waiting in the drive-thru line without even reaching the payment window, and there was no one in the lobby. When we finally received our food, it wasn't fresh, and the fries were cold and barely half full. I’m unsure if I can continue to support this location given that this seems to happen every time I visit.
Only writing cause it was so bad chicken bacon Swiss had a chicken nugget instead of a patty and an extra one floating in the bag, was cold and had probably been sitting for a long time. Smokehouse combo was also cold got to the window and they said theywere out of fries isnt a combo a sandwich fries and drink??????? . Not a big deal other than after I left I got thinking myticket was too much they charged me $12. 00 for the combo that wasn't a combo. Hopefully they will work on quality control.
This is one of my favorite places to eat. The only reason I'm giving low stars is because there have been multiple times I've driven up an hour or so before closing and have been turned away even though there is clearly employees sitting in the dinningarea doing nothing.
