The service was extremely slow, and some of the staff appeared unsure of their responsibilities. I spent over 20 minutes waiting in the drive-thru line without... read more The service was extremely slow, and some of the staff appeared unsure of their responsibilities. I spent over 20 minutes waiting in the drive-thru line without even reaching the payment window, and there was no one in the lobby. When we finally received our food, it wasn't fresh, and the fries were cold and barely half full. I’m unsure if I can continue to support this location given that this seems to happen every time I visit.

Smokehouse combo was also cold got to the window and they said theywere out of fries isnt a combo a sandwich fries and drink??????? . Not a big deal other than after I left I got thinking myticket was too much they charged me $12. 00 for the combo that wasn't a combo. Hopefully they will work on quality control.

The only reason I'm giving low stars is because there have been multiple times I've driven up an hour or so before closing and have been turned away even though there is clearly employees sitting in the dinningarea doing nothing.
