What Rich Johns doesn't like about Arby's:
The service was really slow, especially considering there was only one other car in the drive-thru. The chicken patty and curly fries were definitely old and not appetizing. If I had received a fresh chicken patty and hot fries after my long wait, I would have had a much better review to share. View all feedback.
Only writing cause it was so bad chicken bacon Swiss had a chicken nugget instead of a patty and an extra one floating in the bag, was cold and had probably been sitting for a long time. Smokehouse combo was also cold got to the window and they said they were out of fries isnt a combo a sandwich fries and drink??????? . Not a big deal other than after I left I got thinking my ticket was too much they charged me $12. 00 for the combo that wasn't a combo. Hopefully they will work on quality control.
Arby's they have the meats. And boy are they good. Love all Arby's everywhere. Tastes great, it was a little slower then some but other then that it's a Great place.
I am generally quite disappointed every time I go to Arby's until they introduced the orange cream shake. I like it. However the last time I was there two days ago although on the electric sign outside at advertised orange cream shakes, the disembodied voice at the order station inform me they don't serve that anymore but I have something with cinnamon in it. I didn't try the hush puppy fish strips either because I was so disappointed in the lack of shake after they advertised it on the sign outside
This is one of my favorite places to eat. The only reason I'm giving low stars is because there have been multiple times I've driven up an hour or so before closing and have been turned away even though there is clearly employees sitting in the dinning area doing nothing.
My husband and I ate lunch there yesterday, on the way into the building we noticed that there was stepped on snow that had not been shoveled, it was very icy and slick. On the way out, my husband slipped on the ice which he was trying to avoid and broke his finger. I have called four times to report this so that someone else won?t experience the same thing. No one will answer. Please shovel outside your front door!
