Looking for lunch driving through Sydney from QLD seen this tavern out front meals from $10.00 went in specials board $10.00 with seniors card $7.50 what a deal I had homemade rissoles mash peas and onion gravy wife had rump gravy and salad both meals were very good .There was half dozen specials and quite extensive Bistro menu at reasonable prices,Venue was bit noisy as there were some renovations going on .When in Sydney we will definetly return to this venue
Ok- the surrounds aren't the best, and hopefully you don't mind eating your lunch with replays of NRL games, and other electronic noises. However, the food wasn't bad. Larger than average portions with a nice salad and a big pot of gravy to dunk your chips into, and $10 for lunch. It was better than some of the other local cheap lunches, and its fairly quick service too.
Nice and quiet through the day Food is good for club food at the early morning coffee shop.
Quality tasty and fresh meat specially the pork Gyros good portion I highly recommended this place.
I would rate this place more if they didn't cancel our order on uber on Sunday half an hour after we ordered it!
