The f... read more This KFC location is inconsistent, but mostly disappointing. During my last two visits, the bun was so thick and unappetizing that I ended up removing it. The fries are often undercooked or limp. On my most recent visit, the packaging was also poorly put together and fell apart during the car ride. I will not be returning.

10 minutes waited to be served, everyone has overlooked us, but no one has done anything to serve us. 2 employees sitting outside and talking to people instead... read more 10 minutes waited to be served, everyone has overlooked us, but no one has done anything to serve us. 2 employees sitting outside and talking to people instead of working, both of them just went as we left. after ordering our food. we had to wait 10 minutes, there are 6/7 people behind the counter and they all look so unproductive. after some shocking customer service and missing one of our 2 drinks (before hard to see that it is not) we finally have something average with best food. 1/5 stars on their game.

I know financial reasons drive the staffing of fast food outlets with kids. But can't there be at least 1 x responsible adult on deck? My order was a catastrophe and there was no-one taking responsibility. Obviously this is not fine dining, but you still...would like to get what you ordered.
